Oxfam Quebec’s Rural Enterprise Expansion Project (REEP) - Consultancy on processing data base from Midterm Evaluation Hai Duong, Quang Ninh and Thanh Hoa provinces - 2010
Project Description:
Based on the questionnaires collected for the Mid-term Evaluation, Mekong Economics undertook data entry, data processing and report writing to highlight changes in the project’s beneficiaries and stakeholders which can be attributed to the project’s interventions by comparing with the Baseline data.

Project Description:
The study collected the basic data needed to monitor the progress of the Client’s enterprises during the project and through its completion. Ex-ante and ex-post scenarios were developed with a view to measure changes produced by the overall project.
