Project Description:
The mid-term evaluation provided decision-makers in the Government of Viet Nam and the European Commission with information to make informed judgments about the performance of the project and decisions about any required changes to project scope.
MKE provided an international consultant who explored the relevance, effectiveness and efficiency, coherence and EC’s value added in its programme.
